Abstract

A female patient, 60 year old, not known to be diabetic or hypertensive, presented with persistent unilateral severe facial pain and headache, facial edema together with offensive blood tinged greenish nasal mucopurulent discharge following dental extraction 3 weeks prior to onset, the case was not responding to medical treatment.
