Abstract
The Pan Arab Journal of Rhinology (PAJR) proudly marks its 15th anniversary, celebrating a decade and a half of collaborative advancement in the field of rhinology across the Arab world, the Middle East, and globally. As an open-access journal, PAJR is freely available to the international scientific community and charges no article processing fees, ensuring wide accessibility and supporting researchers in sharing their work. The journal’s efficient peer-review process, averaging a four-week turnaround, facilitates the timely publication of high-quality research. PAJR accepts original, unpublished submissions in core rhinology areas such as sinonasal endoscopy, rhinoplasty, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and maxillofacial surgery. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary contributions from fields like radiology, pathology, neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, and sleep medicine, aiming to broaden the understanding and treatment of rhinologic conditions. This issue features a diverse range of studies, including a case report on endoscopic removal of an aneurysmal bone cyst, a study examining the incidence of depression and anxiety in OSA patients, research on endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR), a comparative analysis between coblation and microdebrider turbinoplasty, and an investigation into how endoscopic sinus surgery affects sleep quality in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. PAJR invites otorhinolaryngologists and related specialists worldwide to contribute their latest research. The journal provides a respected, accessible platform for enhancing scientific knowledge, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, and increasing the global visibility of innovative rhinologic research.
