Abstract
Adenoidectomy is one of the most common ENT surgical procedures. One of the most common sequalae after adenoidectomy is recurrence, and the most common cause for recurrence is incomplete removal. Accordingly, we present in a stepwise fashion our technique for complete adenoidal removal.
